Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Your total shipping cost will be calculated at cart or checkout after you have entered your delivery address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time-frames will differ depending on the type of product(s) ordered. Orders will generally take a few business days to fulfil. Please note lawn mowers will require more time to go through assembly, testing and pre-delivery phase.

You can check your order status by logging into your account. Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with tracking number included.

Can I make changes to my order?

We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make modifications to your order. Please note that not all changes can be guaranteed as the order may be too far into the fulfilment process. Ensuring that your order details are correct before placing an order is always the best practice to prevent any disappointment at a later date.

  • If your order is shipped with Australia Post, please sign up to the MyPost account using the same email address as your order. You can redirect your parcel through your Mypost account.
  • If your order is shipped with StarTrack, please contact StarTrack by phone at 13 23 45 or by email.

Please note that RDO Equipment is not responsible for parcels delivered to a wrong address as entered in the order.

Returns, Refunds & Warranties

What is your return policy?

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from delivery*. All returns must be unused and in its original packaging. Your rights under this returns policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). To be eligible for return the item must be unused, not physically damaged and in its original packaging

For items purchased directly from an RDO physical branch, their return policy applies — please contact our branch directly for more information.

While most items may be returned within 30 days, please note that RDO Equipment does not accept customer change of mind return for the following items:

  • Ride-on mowers
  • Zero-turn mowers
  • Mower attachments that require pre-assembly

My items have arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what I ordered

In the event of your item getting damaged in transit or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us with photos of the damage as soon as possible. In some cases where an item is found damaged or faulty, the item will need to be returned to us for warranty claim.

If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us so we can arrange for the correct item to be delivered.

How long does returns take to process?

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse, gets inspected by our customer service team and is confirmed to meet our returns policy. Please allow for up to three weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  • For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
  • Please keep your tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If reasonable time has passed since your return, please contact us and we will investigate your return request as soon as possible.
