Our Shipping Policy
We provide a range of convenient delivery options so you can get your orders as soon as possible. At checkout, we'll show you the available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered.
While most items can be delivered nationwide, please note that all lawn mowers can only be delivered within our mower delivery zone with RDO Premium Delivery service.
Standard Delivery (2 - 12 days)
This is the most economical option of delivering your parcel and estimated delivery date will vary depending on where you live. We use Australia Post and StarTrack for all standard deliveries.
Express Delivery (1 - 3 days)
Depending on the size and type of item you may be able to choose Express Delivery within the checkout. If you choose Express Delivery you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.
RDO Premium Delivery (South East Queensland only)
We provide a premium door-to-door delivery service at just $99 for all mowers to selected South East Queensland postcodes. Once your mower order is processed, our team will contact you to arrange for delivery.
Every mower purchase with RDO Premium Delivery service includes:
- Free machine assembly
- Free full tank of fuel
- Free onsite handover & training
If you are outside of our mower delivery zone, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery options.
A wide range of Special Order items are now available online. Please note Special Order items are not stocked in our warehouse, and will usually take 4 - 5 business days to fulfil.
Our Return Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery*. All returns must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. For items purchased directly from our RDO Equipment branch, the branch's return policy applies — please contact our branch directly for more information.
While most items may be returned within 14 days, please note there are some items that cannot be returned.
Items excluded from returns
The following items cannot be returned due to change of mind. These exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with consumer guarantees, or otherwise as required by law.
- Ride-on mowers
- Zero-turn mowers
- Mower attachments that require pre-assembly
Conditions of returns
The following conditions may apply for your return:
- You are responsible for the costs of returning change of mind items.
- The initial shipping cost of your order cannot be refunded for change of mind reasons.
My items have arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what I ordered
In the event of your item getting damaged in transit or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us with photos of the damage as soon as possible. In some cases where an item is found damaged or faulty, the item will need to be returned to us for warranty claim.
If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us so we can arrange for the correct item to be delivered.
For customers with an online account, simply log in to your account, and start a return on your account dashboard.
Alternatively, please contact us with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
